How has Real Estate Changed as a Result of the NAR Settlement?
As many of you know there has been a change in the way Residential Real Estate is being conducted as a result of the NAR settlement. A few of the changes include that the MLS (the system that houses the listing inventory) is not allowed to post anything in regard to who is paying a commission to the buyer’s agent.
